Shipping & Delivery
All UltiBrush orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service within two business days of placing your order.
You can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days in the United States, or 2-6 weeks Internationally.
Returns & Replacements
We will reship your UltiBrush if it is damaged or lost in the mail. Please contact us if you’ve waited longer than 10 days in the U.S. and 45 days internationally and we’ll replace your order. If you’re unsatisfied with your UltiBrush, send it back to us within 30 days for a full-refund (non-applicable for any FREE promotions).
UltiBrush is committed to the privacy and security of your electronic commerce. We will not sell your personal and identifiable information, such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card and other data. We do store your order information so that we may remind you to consider making an additional UltiBrush order at a later date. If you wish to be removed from our database you may send your request to email@example.com.
When you place an order for UltiBrush you have two options to pay. They are by credit card on ultibrush.com or through PayPal. These services were chosen because they are well established, secure, and safe. You can be sure that the transaction will be correct and that you will receive the exact product you ordered.
PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN:
We have no intention of collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. When we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without such child’s parent or guardian’s consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
